Billing And Subscription Help
For iOS subscription charges, refunds, and payment-method issues, Apple is the billing merchant. Manage subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings.
If your Cramly Pro access does not unlock after a valid Apple purchase, email support and include the Apple account email used for the purchase plus a screenshot or transaction reference if available.
Account And Data Requests
You can update profile details and delete your account inside the app. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address associated with your account and state whether you need help regaining access, correcting account details, or deleting your data.
If you delete your Cramly account, remember that Apple subscriptions must still be canceled separately in Apple subscription settings.
Technical Issues
For upload failures, missing generated content, playback issues, or tutor problems, include:
- the subject name or affected topic
- what device, browser, or app version you were using
- what you expected to happen
- what actually happened
- a screenshot if the problem is visible
