Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Cramly’s website, apps, and paid subscriptions. If you use the service, upload course materials, or purchase Pro access, these are the rules.
iOS subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Deleting your Cramly account does not cancel Apple billing. Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings.
Using Cramly
You may use Cramly only if you can legally enter into these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use the service to break the law, violate another person’s rights, upload content you do not have permission to use, abuse the platform, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, or interfere with service availability for other users.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the materials you upload. You give Cramly the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, analyze, and display that content in order to operate the product, generate study materials, and provide support.
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights required to upload and process your course materials.
AI Output
Cramly generates notes, quizzes, tutor answers, flashcards, and audio from your uploaded content. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It is a study aid, not a guarantee of accuracy, and not a substitute for professional, academic, legal, or medical advice.
You are responsible for reviewing generated output before relying on it.
Subscriptions And Billing
Free and paid plan limits are described in the app at the time of purchase. Paid access may be sold as an auto-renewable subscription on iOS through Apple.
Apple handles billing, renewals, and refunds for iOS subscriptions under Apple’s own terms and policies. If you purchase through Apple, charges are billed to your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, or expose the platform to abuse, fraud, or legal harm.
Disclaimers And Liability
Cramly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cramly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms when the product, pricing, or legal obligations change. Continued use of Cramly after an update means you accept the revised terms.
