Refund Policy
This policy explains cancellations and refund requests for Cramly Pro subscriptions purchased through the web or Apple App Store.
Polar is the merchant of record for eligible Cramly web purchases. Apple is the merchant of record for subscriptions purchased in the iOS app. Refunds must be requested through the platform that processed the charge.
Web Purchases Through Polar
Polar processes web checkout payments, taxes, receipts, subscription management, and approved refunds. Unless applicable law gives you additional rights, web transactions are generally non-refundable. Cramly may approve a discretionary refund request submitted within 14 days of the transaction date, but submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Mandatory consumer rights always apply. This includes rights relating to products that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose. Eligibility may differ by country and according to whether the digital service has already been used.
Review Polar’s Terms of Service for the rules governing your transaction.
How To Request A Web Refund
Open the customer portal link in your Polar receipt to review the purchase. You may also email albaraazain66@gmail.com so Cramly can help identify the purchase and process the request with Polar.
Please include:
- the email address used for the Cramly purchase
- the Polar order or transaction reference from your receipt
- the charge date and amount
- a short explanation of the issue
Do not email card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, or identity documents.
Cancellations And Renewals
You may cancel a web subscription at any time using the customer portal link in your Polar receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future renewal charges.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund the current billing period. Unused time is not refundable unless Cramly approves a refund or applicable law requires one.
Apple App Store Purchases
Apple controls billing, cancellations, and refunds for subscriptions purchased in the Cramly iOS app. Cramly cannot issue or guarantee a refund for an Apple transaction.
Request an Apple refund through the Apple Report a Problem portal. Manage or cancel future renewals in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Approved Refunds
Eligible web refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible and processed within 14 days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
Access associated with a refunded transaction may end when the refund is issued. Fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or other manipulative behavior may result in a request being declined and access being suspended.
Account Deletion
Deleting your Cramly account does not cancel an active Polar or Apple subscription. Cancel the subscription through the platform that processed it before deleting your account if you want to prevent future renewal charges.
